| Congo 2008 Brazzaville. This part of the Congo River - close to the capital Brazzaville - has some really wild rapids. No one can sail up or down the river - and no one has ever crossed it alive - at this point. I have spend 4 days in the capital, which are reasonably safe (after African standard) and a few days near Ouessa in the north eastern part of the country. |
